CogniStrips — Effective 1st September 2026

Welcome to CogniStrips. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of cognistrips.com (the "Site") and your purchase of CogniStrips products (the "Products"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

CogniStrips is operated by CogniStrip International LLM, United States ("we," "us," "our").

We currently ship only within the United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from CogniStrips. Our Products are dietary supplements and are not intended for use by anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing individuals, or anyone with a diagnosed medical condition without first consulting a physician.

About Our Products

CogniStrips Focus Strips are mushroom-based oral dissolvable strips (Lion's Mane, Maitake, Cordyceps sinensis, Shiitake). They're sold in 30-strip tins at $39 per tin, with subscription pricing available.

We label every dose on the package — no proprietary blends. If anything on our Site conflicts with the physical product label, the label controls.

Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues).
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price at checkout is what you're charged.
  • We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions. We don't store your full card details.
  • Sales tax is applied where required by law.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

If you subscribe to recurring CogniStrips shipments:

  • Your card will be automatically charged at the interval you selected until you cancel.
  • You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription any time from your account page, or by emailing support@cognistrips.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge.
  • Canceling stops future charges but does not refund shipments already processed.
  • We'll notify you by email before any change to subscription pricing.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and rates. Risk of loss and title pass to you once a package is handed to the carrier, though we'll still work with you on lost or damaged shipments.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied:

  • Email support@cognistrips.com
  •  within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement.
  • Products don't need to be unopened, but we may ask for basic info (order number, reason) to process the request.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests made after the 30-day window or that show signs of abuse (e.g., repeated requests on the same account).

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers (not cognistrips.com or our verified channels) aren't eligible for refund through us.

Reviews & User Content

If you submit a review, comment, or other content to us, you confirm it's honest, your own, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit, decline to publish, or remove content at our discretion, including reviews tied to a refunded order. We don't publish, and won't ask you to write, fabricated or incentivized five-star reviews.

Intellectual Property

The CogniStrips name, logo, mascot, "CS" submark, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Site — no impersonation, no scraping/bots, no interfering with other users, no unlawful use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided "as is." We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and Product information is not medical advice — talk to a doctor before use if you have questions about interactions or conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CogniStrips and its officers, employees, and affiliates aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
